Adrianna Janicka

I specialise in real estate law, in particular in matters related to real estate trading, sale, purchase, lease and rental agreements. I have been engaged in projects related to the lease of office, warehouse, production and service spaces, including the BTS formula.

I handle matters related to agricultural real estate, which involves: auditing and verifying the legal status of a real estate, helping with sale and purchase, planning investment projects on agricultural land, providing support in the procedure of obtaining consents from the Director of the National Support Center for Agriculture and advising on transformation of agricultural land.

I also deal with RES investments on a daily basis, creating and reviewing long-term land lease agreements for both property owners and investors. I participate in negotiations and support clients in the process of concluding a contract.

My interests also include construction law and various aspects of investment and construction processes. I have worked in projects which involved creating design work contracts, contracts with the general contractor and grid connection contracts.

I carry out contract analyses and prepare legal opinions in Polish and English. Working for various law firms of attorneys-at-law and advocates in Poznań gave me an opportunity to improve my skills and gain experience in both civil and criminal law.

I graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I am currently working as a trainee attorney-at-law at the Gdańsk Bar Association.
