Investment and construction process

We offer advice on all civil, administrative and legal aspects of the investment and construction process, including both legal services and assistance in solving problems occurring during the selection and purchase of real estate, project designing and implementation. Our Law Firm provides also legal advice on investment processes in particularly sensitive areas, including revitalisation of historic buildings, greenfield or brownfield investments, reconstruction of railway stations and other public utility facilities.

Check out what we can do for you:

  • preparation of real estate development plan, verification of the legal status of the real estate (including due diligence reports) and advice on the optimum elimination or minimisation of any identified risks
  • assistance in developing a concept for external financing of investment (including negotiations of loan or credit facility agreements) and in selecting appropriate, the least onerous possible forms of security required by the financing entity
  • representation before institutions, construction administration authorities and utility suppliers in proceedings to issue approvals, conditions, decisions or consents required for the investment implementation
  • assistance in drafting contracts and agreements required in the investment and construction process, in particular construction works contracts (including general contractor contracts and subcontractor contracts), contracts for project management, design works, architect's supervision or investor's supervision, and consortium agreements
  • conducting negotiations and representation in disputes over mutual financial settlements between construction process participants and fulfilment of statutory and quality warranty obligations
  • legal assistance with the process of commercialisation of newly constructed (office, retail and warehouse) space and drafting proper agreements with designers and service providers, as well as tenants, lessees or property managers at a later stage of the investment implementation
