Wojciech Maksymczuk

 

I specialise in administrative and administrative court proceedings. The latter is the subject of my master's thesis entitled "The effectiveness of appeals in administrative court proceedings". With regard to administrative law, I am interested in obtaining land development conditions decisions and building permits, and in the procedure of excluding land from agricultural production. Other legal matters of interest to me are property disputes and contracts. Internships at the offices of notaries, advocates and attorneys-at-law have given me an opportunity to become familiar with a wide range of legal issues and problems and gain experience in criminal and civil matters.

I am a graduate the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
