Justyna Fręś

I am interested in general administrative law, in particular matters related to construction and spatial development law. In my daily work, I focus mainly on the administrative and legal aspects of real estate law.

 

I have gained my professional experience at a law firm in Poznań, where I handled matters related to construction law, spatial planning, and environmental protection.

 

I graduated in law from WSB Merito University in Poznań, completing my master’s thesis entitled “Administrative responsibility and its individualization”. Since January 2025, I have worked as a trainee attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association.
