I am an attorney-at-law specialising in real estate law, with a particular focus on real estate acquisitions and disposals, commercial lease and land lease agreements, and legal support for investment projects.

 

I advise businesses, investors and property owners at every stage of their projects – from legal due diligence and risk assessment, through drafting and negotiating transaction documents, to transaction completion and legal advice on the performance of executed agreements. I have experience in advising on projects involving retail, office, warehouse and industrial properties, including developments structured on a build-to-suit basis. I also handle complex real estate projects and transactions in English, including drafting and negotiating contractual documentation.

 

I advise on matters involving agricultural real estate, particularly its acquisition, disposal and use for investment purposes. I analyse legal restrictions on agricultural land transactions and assist clients in proceedings before the National Support Centre for Agriculture (KOWR). In the renewable energy sector, I focus primarily on drafting and negotiating long-term land lease agreements for renewable energy projects.

 

I assess the legal feasibility of property development and planned investments. As part of legal due diligence, transaction support and investment advisory work, I analyse restrictions arising from local zoning plans, administrative decisions and regulations governing the investment and construction process, as well as the possibilities of changing the designated use of land and the associated legal risks.

 

My approach combines analytical thinking and attention to detail with an understanding of my clients' business objectives. I focus not only on the wording of individual documents, but also on how they interact, the practical implications of proposed solutions and the effectiveness of contractual safeguards. I place particular emphasis on comprehensive legal support, anticipating potential issues and providing clear, practical recommendations that enable clients to make informed decisions and achieve their objectives while effectively managing legal risks.
