Magdalena Mazur
I specialise in real estate law, in real estate purchase and sale transactions in particular, as well as lease contracts. My internship in a Poznań branch of the development company allowed me to better understand construction and investment process. I am familiar with winding-up and restructuring procedures. While working for various law firms in Poznań I gained experience in assisting debtors as well as creditors. I’m also interested in European law and I devoted my M.A. thesis to cross-border insolvency proceedings.
I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Poznań University of Economics and Business and I completed my MA at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I spent the final year of my Master’s degree in Valencia as an Erasmus student exploring European and International Law.
In January 2018 I started attorney at law training at the Poznań Bar Association of Attorneys at Law.
