Kacper Kobierski
Trainee lawyer at the Wielkopolska Advocate Bar Association. I have gained my professional experience in law firms in Poznań and Wrocław. During that time, I trained in various areas of law. Currently, I specialize in providing legal services to entrepreneurs, including support during transformation processes. I have a strong interest in contract and corporate law, and I would like to expand my knowledge in these areas, especially with regard to day-to-day corporate services and conducting transformations.
I have experience providing comprehensive support for companies undergoing division and support with business sales. I have participated in conducting a dispute between company partners and represented entrepreneurs in commercial disputes before common courts.
I am a law graduate from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and a four-time recipient of the Rector's Scholarship for the best students. I also received an academic scholarship from the Ministry of Education and Science.
