I specialize in providing comprehensive services to investors and developers, with particular emphasis on real estate law. I support clients at every stage of the investment process: from analyzing the legal status of real estate and conducting due diligence, through preparing and negotiating contracts, to providing day-to-day legal advice during the investment implementation and commercialization, including advice on administrative law.
I support clients in residential and commercial projects, assisting in structuring transactions, protecting investor interests, and minimizing legal risks. I also have considerable experience in providing services to commercial companies. I advise on corporate law, draft and review internal company documentation, and represent clients in proceedings before the National Court Register. In my work, I prioritise reliability, transparent communication, and solutions tailored to each client’s individual needs, combining legal expertise with a practical approach to business.
I graduated in law from the Faculty of Law of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I am a member of the District Chamber of Attorneys at Lawin Poznań.
