Dominika Grabarczyk

I deal with issues of real estate law and construction law, and my current work focuses mainly on legal support for clients engaged in property development and those who are general contractors or subcontractors of construction works. I also support natural persons – property owners (for instance in court proceedings relating to acquisitive prescription or abolition of joint ownership of real estate) and buyers of residential premises.

I have gained my professional experience working for attorneys-in-law and advocates in law firms in Poznań. At the very beginning of my career, I took part in projects involving a wide spectrum of legal issues, related mainly to comprehensive support for entrepreneurs. In recent years, I have been working in the field of real estate law and construction law. I have participated, among others, in real estate legal audits and purchase procedures, assisted developers and entities operating in the field of renting commercial and residential premises, and I have also been involved in construction disputes.

I graduated in law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. My master's thesis entitled “European Holding Company – incorporating and liability in the group of companies” discussed issues of liability in the group of companies in which the dominating entity is a European company, incorporated by establishment of the European Holding Company. Since January 2021, I have worked as trainee attorney-at-law at the Poznań Bar Association.
