It has been confirmed that after 1 March 2020 while choosing or changing the form of business we will have a new type of company at our disposal: a simple joint-stock company. Why is it worth considering when choosing the most beneficial form of business? What are the biggest advantages and disadvantages of a simple joint-stock company?
