We are pleased to announce that we have finalised a transaction of purchasing an investment property near Poznań. The property was acquired by our client – a foreign-owned company – for its headquarters.

Our team under the leadership of Agata Pawlak-Jaszczak advised the client on the legal audit of the real estate and, after the client’s decision to purchase the real estate, on preparing and negotiating transaction documents and regulating the legal status of the real estate in accordance with the client's investment plans.

When the preliminary agreement was concluded, the property was agricultural. Within a few months, we managed to meet the conditions to conclude the final agreement, i.e. change the land-use of the property to non-agricultural, regulate its legal status and secure the decisions necessary to complete the investment planned by the buyer.
