Developer's responsibility in relations with the client
We have taken part in another conference dedicated to the development industry. This time our lawyers Magdalena Mila and Jacek Łubecki discussed how to construct a development agreement in the context of abusive clauses and possible related risks. Due to extremely high interest in the topic the discussion continued for a long time after the end of our presentation. We would like to thank all who were present for their active participation. The conference was organized by MMC Polska.
