We have advised one of the pioneers on the market of private student halls of residence in Poland to carry out a project of creating a modern hall of residence in the very centre of Wrocław. The project involves modernisation of an existing building (tenement house) and turning it into a student hall.

Our services included: auditing the legal title to the real estate and the transaction of its acquisition, preparation and negotiation of the terms of the contract for a general contractor, day-to-day legal advice and assistance in managing the construction contract, preparation of all documents (in particular contracts, including tenancy agreements and regulations) which are necessary for the future apartments to be used by students.
