We have participated in a two-day workshop entitled: “Risk management in construction projects from an investor perspective” at which our attorney at law, Jacek Łubecki, was one of the speakers. In his lecture he discussed legal solutions that help investors in managing contractors and subcontractors’ claims. The workshop, organised by the agency MMC Polska, was held on 18-19 April 2018 at the Sheraton Warsaw Hotel.
