We are happy to announce that our team of lawyers led by Agata Pawlak-Jaszczak with her colleagues Przemysław Musioł and Adrianna Janicka advised Probuild sp. z o.o. on the sale of several real estates in Wrocław.

The transaction involved real estate with a functioning private student hall with about 150 rooms (covered by a decision enabling its extension), as well as real estate where it is possible to carry out similar projects with about 500 rooms. 

As a team we are particularly satisfied that we started working on the project from the very beginning, supporting the client throughout the purchase.  We participated in the due diligence process and in negotiating the terms of the purchase agreement. Later on, we helped with regulating the legal status of the property, obtaining decisions necessary for the investment, and, subsequently, in negotiating and performing the agreement with the general contractor. We also advised on the launch of the student hall by creating regulations, contract templates, and helping with creating an online booking system. 

The final stage of the project involved selling the real estate to companies belonging to a European fund. The transaction documentation was prepared in Polish and English.
