Our lawyers are going to conduct another training for members of the Poznań branch of the Polish Association of Developers. The next training on 25 February 2020 in Poznań will be devoted to contractual penalties. The participants will be familiarised with the subject and shown how to effectively stipulate a contractual penalty and how to defend oneself against it. The speakers will also describe the most common errors and irregularities in making contractual provisions. We will also try to answer the question if using contractual penalties in the private sector has any benefits at all.
