On March 25th, our lawyers Jacek Łubecki, Magdalena Bartczak, and Agnieszka Lisiak conducted a training session for members of the Polish Association of Developers. During the session, we discussed the practical aspects of contracts and the Development Act, including transitional provisions, contractual penalties, interests, and deposits.
