The final months of 2023 were busy, but also extremely satisfying. Our team, consisting of Jacek Łubecki, Michał Wojciechowski and Magdalena Bartczak, advised on obtaining financing for the construction of the AND2 Poznan office building (formerly Andersia Silver) – the tallest office building in Poznań!

Financing was provided by Polish Development Fund Local Government Investment Fund Closed-End Investment Fund Of Non-Public Assets represented by Polski Fundusz Rozwoju S.A. (Polish Development Fund, PFR). We are glad that we could contribute to the construction of AND2.
