New obligations in the Developer Guarantee Fund Register from 2 October 2026

Starting from 2 October, an expanded scope of data to be submitted by property developers to the Developer Guarantee Fund Register will apply. This information relates to both the developer and the investment projects under way, as well as the contracts being concluded.

Developers submit information to the Register including details of the corporate group to which they belong, the planned start and completion dates of the construction works, the number of planned premises and the name of the investment project.

The scope of information regarding specific contracts has also been expanded. Details to be reported include, amongst other things: the type of property covered by the contract, its price, usable floor area, number of rooms, the floor on which the property is situated, and the number of above-ground and underground floor levels in the building.

Important: new data on contracts do not need to be supplemented in relation to contracts concluded before the changes came into force – the obligationcovers contracts concluded after 2 October 2026.

The expansion of the DGF Register is also related to the development of the DOM Portal, which will gather data enabling the compilation of statistics on the housing market.
