We are pleased to announce that in December 2017 we successfully finalised the merger between two limited liability companies owned by the top furniture company in the world. It was a merger through absorption which means that all the assets of the target company are transferred to the acquiring company.

Our law firm team, led by Przemysław Musioł LLM, was responsible for drafting corporate documents, application forms to the courts of registration as well as overseeing the proper flow of documents relevant to the merger among members, boards of directors, other advisors and courts of registration. Our team made sure that the merger process was quick and efficient. The merger resulted in raising the share capital of the acquiring company by several dozen million zloty.

The entry of the merger into the National Court Register was made on the first day of the month i.e. the day chosen by the merging companies’ accounting advisors.
