On 1 October in Hotel Westin Warsaw, our speakers – Magdalena Mila and Jacek Łubecki – conducted a training workshop on effective stipulation of contractual penalties in construction works contracts. The talk was part of the conference "Risk management in construction investments in view the new legal order” organized by the MMC Polska company.
