Early in September, the Poznań city councillors decided to start preparing the General Plan for the City of Poznań, which will replace the current Study of Spatial Development Conditions and Directions for the City of Poznań. Residents can submit their comments as part of the ongoing public consultations, and the general plan must be adopted by the end of 2025. After this date, the communes will not be able to adopt or amend local spatial development plans unless the general plan has been adopted for their territory.
