We were thrilled to participate in the official opening of our client's investment—a historic tenement house on Mielżyńskiego Street in Poznań. Formerly serving as a bank, the beautiful building has been restored by our client, a company within the Magis Real Estate group,transforming it into a residential space. The centre of Poznań can now boast a new splendid establishment comprising several dozen fully equipped apartments available for rent, as well as a lounge area, a cinema hall and a games room located on the ground floor, where the historic devices of old bank safes were preserved.

In the final stage of the investment, our team consisting of Agnieszka Lisiak, Adrianna Janicka and Agata Pawlak-Jaszczak assisted in the commercialisation of the facility, including the preparation of appropriate lease agreements and regulations for the operation of the facility.
