We have been successful in winning a tender for the construction of a new production plant with a total area of over 20,000 m2 in Środa Wielkopolska.

On 20 May 2020, our client Polipak (a leading producer of packaging and plastic bags for industry and households) signed a multi-million contract for the construction of modern production, warehouse and office buildings together with internal and external infrastructure with the general contractor - W.P.I.P. (a company well-recognized in the industry). The investment follows the "design and build" model, and is planned to be completed by the middle of next year.

For our part, the project manager was Jacek Łubecki, who supported the client both at the stage of the tender procedure and during weeks of negotiations of the final contract.

We would like to congratulate our client for taking the next step in their dynamic development, and we wish the general contractor favourable conditions for completing the investment in these difficult times.
