We have helped to acquire an investment property

We have helped our client, who runs a property development business, to acquire a part of a tenement house in Poznań together with a permit for reconstruction. This will allow the client to start a housing project.

 

Our support involved conducting a legal audit of the real estate before the transaction, providing legal advice in the course of the transaction (including negotiation of the document contents) and legal support after the transaction, aimed at starting and conducting the investment.

 

As part of our work, we have helped to examine a number of issues related, for example, to the conservation of the building, the title to use the property for construction purposes, copyrights of building design and the transfer of rights to a permit for reconstruction and construction project.

 

Other than negotiating mechanisms that would ensure our client's security, especially regarding the possibility of investing in real estate, we have assisted with and coordinated work on creating special purpose entities, in kind property contribution, obtaining a decision to transfer a construction permit and the expiration and deletion of the existing rights of third parties (including mortgages) on the property.

 

We are glad that our client will be able to conduct the investment process in such an interesting location.
