Join us for the training session "Development agreement – practical lawyers’ perspective” organized by the Poznań branch of the Polish Association of Developers. The training will take place on 24 October 2019 at 10:00 in Office Building in Za Bramką street in Poznań (Biurowiec Za Bramką).

During the 90-minute session, we will discuss those aspects of the development agreement which may be most problematic from the developer's perspective. Special attention will be paid to abusive clauses. We are also going to talk about commissioning, removal of defects found during inspections and issues of the so-called tenant changes. Our speakers at the training will be Magdalena Mila and Jacek Łubecki.
