We are pleased to announce that in March 2019 we successfully completed the process of selling all shares of a limited liability company operating in the IT industry to a purchaser from Germany. Our transaction team, Przemysław Musioł, Karolina Durbacz and Franciszek Horała, represented the sellers while the investor was supported by advisers from Bird & Bird and Deloitte.

The process of selling had two stages. The first one involved preparing and negotiating transaction documentation and it was finalised by signing a share purchase agreement. The second stage assumed fulfilling the conditions on which the transfer of shares to the purchaser was dependent.
