Honesty and integrity in the negotiation process and compensation for lack thereof

Visit our blog! We continue our blog series ABC of Transactions. In the first post we pointed out that in the letter of intent both sides commit to act honestly and loyally during the negotiations. In this post we explain what to do when the negotiating party fails to fulfil its obligations. For example, during the negotiation process the investor finds out that the investment is no longer profitable but they prolong the process and raise countless problems while the other party is convinced the investor still wants to sign the contract.
