Last Thursday (24 October 2019), in cooperation with the Poznań branch of the Polish Association of Developers (PZFD), our legal adviser Jacek Łubecki and trainee legal adviser Magdalena Mila conducted a training session for developers associated in PZFD and the invited guests. It was the first event of this type organized by the Poznań branch of PZFD, which makes us all the more happy that we had our part in creating it.

During the session, our lawyers raised problematic issues related to development agreements, such as possible price changes based on acceptable indexation clauses, issues related to the power of attorney, contractual penalties, commissioning and withdrawal from contracts. These topics often sparked interesting discussions that were inspiring for both the participants and the trainers. We would like to thank PZFD for giving us the opportunity to exchange experiences and for entrusting us with the organization of their first training event. We also wish to thank all the participants for their commitment and active participation. We hope to announce the topic and date of the next training session soon.
