Authorised representatives can file financial statements to the National Court Register (KRS)
The rules of filing documents to the Repository of Financial Documents and signing them with a qualified electronic signature or signature confirmed by a trusted ePUAP profile prove to be an insurmountable barrier for many foreign companies. However, by utilising the transitional provisions these documents may be submitted in electronic form along with the electronic application form KRS-Z30.
